What are Cake & Sip cancellation policies?
To receive a full refund, cancel your class at least 5 days before your appointment by emailing bookings@cakeandsipatlanta.com. If you need to reschedule, also notify us at least 5 days in advance. No refunds for same-day cancellations; no-shows are charged 100%. No refunds will be given if the guest count decreases after payment has been received. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened, and the full fee still applies.
Do we get to take the cake home?
Yes, we make our cakes and eat them too! You will be provided a cake box to take your cake home.
What does the Cake & Sip class entail?
At Cake & Sip, you will be provided with a 4-layer cake, frosting, frosting dye, tools, a cake box, decorations, and instruction. Our instructor will give you the basics of cake decorating and then help you materialize your vision for your own cake. We promote creativity and the learning of new skills. Lastly, you will get to take your cake home!
Does my friend/relative have to pay even if they do not decorate a cake?
Yes, each guest must pay for the experience. Unfortunately, if your friend is not decorating a cake, they cannot join the class. Only participants are allowed within the experience.
Are there any gluten-free or vegan options?
At this time, there are no vegan or gluten-free options for the cakes.
What flavor is the cake?
The flavor of the cake is white vanilla bean.
Can I bring my kids to Cake & Sip Atlanta?
Cake & Sip only allows kids 7 and older for private parties.
What kind of decorations will be available?
The decorations that are available for your session will be seasonal and ever-changing. Feel free to bring any additional decorations that you would want to see on your cake!
Is the class wheelchair accessible?
Sadly, the class is not wheelchair accessible.
What is the policy regarding outside food?
Outside food is permitted only for private group sessions and Cakes & Karaoke events. For all other bookings and classes, outside food is not allowed.
If I book a Cake & Sip Class, do I need to include myself in the number of guests?
No, when booking a Cake & Sip Class, please note that your own attendance is already included. You only need to specify the number of additional guests you’ll be bringing along.
Is your venue LGBTQ+ friendly?
Yes, we are proud to be LGBTQ+ friendly. We welcome and embrace people of all sexual orientations and gender identities.
Can a group of 25 or more people book a Cake & Sip Class?
No, groups consisting of 25 or more people must book through our event space. We have specific procedures in place to handle larger group reservations.
Do you provide services out of state?
No, not at this time.
Do you travel?
Yes, we travel 20 miles from our location. Please note that there will be a $250 travel fee.
